Fall Update

We hope this note finds you well.   We have set aside the month of October as a time to Celebrate God's faithfulness in our lives and in the ministry of Apprenticeship to Jesus.  In our busy and stressful lives it is necessary to pause and remember and celebrate the life we have in Christ.

So to take a few moments, and as Frederick Beuchner says so well, "Listen to your life.  See it for the fathomless mystery it is.  In the boredom and pain of it no less than in the excitement and gladness: touch, taste, smell your way to the holy and hidden heart of it because in the last analysis all moments are key moments, and life itself is grace."

We are thankful for the love and support we have received from each of you that has encouraged and empowered us to purse God and serve Him.
Come Celebrate with us!  Saturday October 1st

Jesusthe author and giver of LIFE

"I think we finally have to say that Jesus' enduring relevance is based on his historically proven ability to speak to, to heal and empower the individual human condition.  He matters because of what he brought and what he still brings to ordinary human beings, living their ordinary lives and coping daily with their surroundings.

Jesus is present to those caught in midlife crisis, to those suffering debilitation illness or addiction, to those in the dark woods of depression, despair, and overwhelming fear.  With a compassion that knows no boundary or breaking point, he startles those caught up in the love of pleasure, trapped by fierce pride, or consumed by ravenous greed.

He promises wholeness for their lives.  In sharing our weakness he gives us strength and imparts through his companionship a life that has the quality of eternity.  He comes where we are, and he brings us the LIFE we hunger for."

Partnering With Us

We hope you can come to our Celebration Evening.  We will be able to share more ways to be involved in praying, studying and being on mission with us.

Our financial needs and the needs of Apprenticeship to Jesus come from the generous gifts of friends and partners.
